Cardax FT Controller 6000

The Cardax FT Controller 6000 is a powerful modular, intelligent field controller for processing, storing and communicating large amounts of data in real time, independently of the Cardax FT Command Centre server. In addition to managing access control and security functions, the Controller 6000 has the ability to physically enforce business rules, be aware of its environment, communicate with other systems nearby and make enriched access decisions based on variables from these systems.

There are two variants: the Cardax FT Controller 6000 and the Cardax FT Controller 6000 High Spec (HS). The Reader Module hardware options are the Cardax FT 8R Module and the Cardax FT 4R Module. The Cardax FT 8R has on-board connections for (with variations for the Cardax FT Controller 6000 4R shown in brackets):

• Cardax readers or Wiegand format readers
• 24 (12) balanced inputs and 8 (4) relay outputs
• Two GBUS ports to support:
  - GBUS I/O devices (including GBUS Universal Reader Interfaces), and
  - Cardax FT Remote Arming Terminals or PowerFence Trophy FT Keypads, and
  - PowerFence Trophy FT Fence Controllers

The Cardax FT Dialler is an additional device that can be attached on-board the Cardax FT Controller 6000 to enable dial-up capability for the support of remote sites, and for off-site alarm monitoring.

The Cardax FT Controller 6000 supports approximately 80,000 events and 500,000 card records for access control functions.
