Description: Two world leading products have joined forces to create a highly redundant, highly functional total security solution. This interface offers the user a complete singular solution with enhanced entry authentication, security alarm management, event management, OH&S and compliance/tracking. The two systems can stream vital information to ensure that all critical events and alarms are recorded and actioned from the one system. The operator simply uses the Cardax FT Command Centre as the main control - which then functionally provides faster and more efficient responses for high security establishments. This in turn reduces operational costs in relation to training, number of operational staff, alarm and event management. This will also increase productivity with faster response to any incident that occurs.
The integration between the two systems offers some of the advanced key features:
- Bi-directional Alarm Management
- Bi-directional Event Management
- Bi-directional Tracking
- Enhanced entry control for anti-pass back, tail gating, facial recognition and dual authority
- Enhanced external perimeter detection using Geutebruck's world leading analytics and Gallagher PowerFence Trophy FT Perimeter Fencing.
To ensure that integration was developed to provide simple installation and integration, two interfaces were created. Interface one is the Cardax Viewer Interface, allowing very simple installation and providing operators with key video alarm and events into the Cardax FT Command Centre Alarm Manager. Interface two is the Cardax FT High Level Interface (HLI) providing high level bi-directional interface between the Geutebruck GeViScope Software and the Cardax FT Command Centre, offering boundless enhanced functionality as outlined above.

Description: Universal interface tools providing for RFID and/or other transactional data capturing devices to provide a Cardax FT platform with the ability to utilize disparate sources of input separately or in conjunction with existing Cardax input equipment (i.e. Mifare, HID, or other similar ID Devices).
Interfacing with a Cardax FT platform, the USMS Nodetrol Platform provides the following options and capabilities:
- Paired tagging which allows the “pairing” of users/assets, users/users, or a combination of tagged items or personnel regardless of supplier of such transactional input. For example an employee with an Employee HID access card (Cardax) may be carrying an RFID tagged Lap Top Computer (RFID supplier) approaches an egress point but is not authorized to carry the Lap Top out of the facility. When that employee uses his/her access card to open a door a separate RFID reader “sees” that he is carrying an unauthorized device causing a signal to be provided to the Cardax FT platform triggering an alarm status.
- Integrated asset tracking as well as access control capability.
- Fully supports directional RFID hardware and software modes. Provides a single directional “event” to Cardax FT through gateway interface.
- Allow use of any available reader technology including RFID, MagStripe, Keypad, HID ProxCard, etc. Includes future technology protection with the addition of a simple driver to accommodate expanded systems.
- Fully encrypted network communication using industry standard AES encryption.
- Linux based appliance provides highest level of reliability. Other supporting interface applications can be run on Windows, MAC OS X, or Linux.
- Real time integration and interface with Cardax FT.
- Bi-directional capabilities between RFID system input and Cardax FT.
- Bi-directional local control capability out of RFID Controller from Cardax FT commands.
- Ability to easily map an RFID Tag to a Cardax cardholder.
- Potential to have Cardax card functionality and RFID tag functionality on a single card providing multiple function set of ID.
- Ability to “read” multiple personnel tags (RFID ID Badges) and/or asset tags (attached to assets) as they pass through coverage areas and report information in real time Cardax FT for action.

Description: Bi-directional ASCII interface support for incoming or outgoing ASCII text strings via separate integrations. Allows the Cardax FT Controller to send out ASCII text string in response to Cardax FT events. Example of use: sending out PTZ instructions to a Matrix Switcher. Allows events or alarms to be generated in response to ASCII text strings received by the Cardax FT Controller. Alarms can be stateful and return to normal on receipt of a specific ASCII string. Example of use: logging events received from an intercom system or fire alarm panel.

Description: Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is a protocol used in network management systems to monitor network attached devices for conditions that warrant administrative attention. The Cardax FT Controller API SNMP Interface allows Cardax FT Command Centre to listen for SNMP traps from any SNMP Agent (for example, alerts from the Cardax FT Server hardware, or UPS devices). These SNMP messages are converted into events/alarms at the Cardax FT Controller for alarms management and audit purposes.
