Software Licence and Maintenance Agreement

A Cardax FT Software Licence and Maintenance Agreement (SLMA) is an effective approach to forming a support plan for your site security. This will ensure the site keeps pace with technology advances, and receives enhancements and new functionality.

The agreement is between you, the site, and Gallagher Security Management Systems, the manufacturer. Gallagher Security Management Systems will send your service provider all upgrades for the period of the agreement. You will be notified of these upgrades.

The SLMA is calculated annually on the current value of the site licence.

Releases include downloadable software upgrades for:

• Cardax FT Command Centre
• Controllers
• Field devices supporting downloadable code
• Features that the customer is licensed for.

Gallagher is committed to an R&D program for the introduction of new features, and to ensure new software releases will be made at regular intervals.

You have the option of taking out an SLMA or purchasing one-off software upgrades. To order a Software Licence and Maintenance Agreement, sites should contact their dealer and complete the Cardax FT Software Licence and Maintenance Agreement. This will be attached to a purchase order and sent to Cardax Customer Services.
